Thank you for submitting your form and images of your child for your free online check. We will review them as soon as possible and let you know if Braceless Choice’s treatments may be suitable for your child. 

You will then be invited to book in an initial consultation with our dentist, Dr Mariola Prokop, for a more comprehensive assessment.
